What is glamping?
Glamping is luxury camping. You can experience the great outdoors with the comfort of a hotel suite experience.
How does this work?
We’ll travel to your venue and create a pop-up glamping mini hotel suite of multiple tents – or a single tent for backyard glamping. We’ll do the set-up, furnishing, and help to ensure that your guests are cozy and comfortable.
What is different about canvas tents?
We use high-end water repellent canvas tents that provide breathability. Our tents have a typical 16 feet diameter and 9.8 feet pitched tents for comfort. There are 4 windows that can be unzipped for airflow and privacy. Our canvas entry door has two linings – one for privacy and one with a screen, allowing you to relax with a nature view.
Are you able to work with my wedding/event venue?
We can work with the venue as long as they allow our tents to be set up at their location.
Where are you located? How far will you travel for my event?
We’re based out of Weston, CT. We are able to serve the New England Area and some parts of the Tri-State area. Feel free to contact us with your location! We love a great adventure and are open to expanding our service area. If your event is out of the areas listed above, reach out to us to see if we can work something out. The tents and gear love an adventure as much as we do!
What type of events can I use your tents for?
You can use our tents for any private or public event. This could range from parties of all kinds – birthdays, bachelorette parties, bar mitzvahs, graduations, weddings, family reunions, class reunions, corporate events, and dinner parties. For public events, we partner with festivals, fairs, farm dinners, and vineyards to provide our signature hospitality and pop-up accommodations onsite. For private events, we offer glamping rental and lounge tent rental services to provide comfortable on-site accommodations at the venue you rented.
Do the tents offer heat/cooling or electricity?
We bring extension cords for every event for the convenience of charging electronics. Most of our light fixtures and lanterns are battery operated or charged by USB. If the event is off-grid, we can accommodate solar power generators for an additional fee. We are also able to offer heating and cooling options for an additional fee.
How much ground space does a tent occupy?
Our 16-foot sleeping tents require a flat 20 feet by 20 feet space for set-up. Our large lounge party tent requires a space of approximately 25 feet by 30 feet.
What size options of tents do you have?
Our tents come in different sizes. The standard size we use for most glamping events is a 16-foot diameter bell tent for sleeping. We also offer a larger lounge party/cocktail/dining tent measuring 16 feet by 25 feet to provide additional space for your event. This tent can also be used for larger sleeping arrangements. For dining, the tent can accommodate 3 dining tables or up to 25 dinner guests. For lounging/cocktails, it can accommodate 25-30 guests inside the tent. Additionally, we offer a larger bell tent that is 23 feet in diameter, which can accommodate larger groups for sleeping, parties, lounges, and dining. We also have a 19.8 feet by 13 feet emperor bell tent that offers flexibility for additional parties or sleeping.

What type of mattress do you offer?
We offer high-end memory foam mattresses available in twin, full, or queen sizes. We also provide high-end thread count sheets. If it’s a chilly night, we can offer heated blankets.
What does something like this cost?
Our pricing is determined by location, the number of tents, and the level of furnishings included. Generally, pricing starts at around $250 per night per tent. We also charge a mileage fee. Our tents and packages are highly customizable to suit your needs. Please reach out to us to discuss available options!
